For each topic of the two year cycle, each year group has a booklet that outlines the objectives within the subject, key vocabulary and age related expectations for a ‘Forever Firs’ child. Please click here to go to the topic booklets page.

Firsy Foundation

To outline our ‘Intent, Implementation, Impact’ for each subject, we have created a Firsy Foundation. This outlines what our subject ‘looks like’ in school and the purpose behind it.

Progression Grid

This shows the subject from beginning of KS1 to the end of KS2 including the learning objectives and vocabulary development across each year group.

EYFS Progression Grid

The early years goals from the development matters grids have been matched with the National Curriculum objectives for year 1 children. This ensures clear progression between our foundation stage and key stage 1. It also outlines how we ensure children are exposed to and achieve those learning goals including resources and schemes used.
